just back from lunch. left 30 mins so decided to blog.
had nasi ayam. alright lah!

had orange juice coz my friend temp me.
she said is so super nice n refreshing
n suggested that TCC orange is the best among all the orange juice sold.
so decided to try.
bt guess the previous drink made was dragonfruits,
so the juice wasnt tt pure lor.

dont like the dragonfruits taste.
yuck.
but i still believe the orange taste is stronger n is refreshing. =))


PEOPLE mowadays keep raining n drizzling, so do take care of your health alright.

today's db training was great! there's improvement.
but i believe we can do better if we've got stronger fitness =))

coz the date of ticket expire on the 1st of nov.
so tot today the weather is so nice n sunny,
so we went ahead with our programme.

in the afternoon, it starts to rain.
super heavily.
waited for the rain to stop for hours!!
since 3pm. we waited.
the rain pour heavily then stop,
so we tot mayb is possible to get in.

damn. and i start to rain heavily again.
so we waited again. till 4. it stop.
but 15 mins later, thunder cum rain.
shuck!!

we wait till 5pm,
den head off to arcade to shoot bball.

haha my hon is so lousy.
jux a few throws of the bball, she complaint that her arm hurts and muscle ache.
wad's more, she onl stop at stage 2!!

haha compare to me,
i'm strong.
i had hours of rowing in the morning,
bball throw 2 set.
complete all 4 stage,
yet i nv complaint that me muscle ache.

and i LOST THE ACCESS PASS!!!!

i remember going to the toilet n the pass still with me.
i remember the pass was with me when i'm back in the office coz i need the card to access.
den i place it on my table.
AND IS GONE!!!

i mean the pass is not small but BIG!!!!
was wondering did the IS guy took it.
but we check with him,
he said no.

DEN WHERE THE HELL IS MY CARD!!!!!!
is so super troublesome not to have a access pass. coz i have to borrow from friend.
