SECONDARY SCHOOL GATHERING!!
after so many years of our own busy life,
finally we met up again!
seems like everybody still remain the same
still the same "lame" humor
laughter as loud as speakers!!!
joy filled out heart as we waved good-byes!!
had steamboat at bugis
yum-yum!
place i always wanna go for steamboat
the wanton dumpling etc is all yummy

went to bugis and walk aimlessly
end up stroke and laugh our way to esplande!

wanted to go up the top of the theater
but many is due to the NDP rehersal thingy,
it was close

but nevertheless, we still manage to slack around esplande area

pumping shiokness!!!training!getting tougher,51/2 round up and down the slight slope (5.something km)150 push-up for god know what reason,1hr of gym (arm training)40 pull up assisted follow by 10 push up per 5 pull up.6 different types of crunches(some go 40 time, some 80)End conclusion:PUSH UP MADNESS!!!my, wonder how did i take it!reached homebathedarm felt jelly-likestiff too.man, muscles built!cool cool!i wanna train n turn my flabby arms into muscleas well as hoping to shed some fats!!soooo...Training, i Endure!SAH!after that,went for carbo intakehad my all time favouriteTEI ICE!!been so long since i last drank it!!had Ee Mee too..salty!!!but yummy!Ended my day with my teammates;i walked home...
